Lavender Oil
Lavender is a 100% pure essential oil that may assist with reducing anxiety, headaches, and stress. This oil has a fresh, floral, but faintly fruity aroma, perfect for relaxing the mind and body and promoting restful sleep. Lavender is also known for it’s antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and is used to improve acne, minor burns, and other skin conditions.
Recommended for aromatherapy. Add 2-3 drops to your diffuser. You can also use lavender when creating candles, soaps, air fresheners, or perfume. Dilute with a carrier oil if using topically. DO NOT INGEST.
